Size: Workers are around 1/4 inches long, while soldiers are around 1/2 an inch, and those with wings tend to be around 1/2 an inch long. 

Color:  Light creamy white to dark brown

Where to find it: They like to infest dry sound wood, including furniture, framing, flooring, and other wood structures.
